Talking Computers

I just wanna pay my mobile phone bill

So many automated options, with so little time to kill.

Making an International call with a phone card

Computer says “pin number is wrong!” Enough to drive you mad.

Some ask you to say “yes” or “no” and still don’t register

you wanna put the phone down and say: “it’s okay, don’t bother.”

Emotions running high, you are ready to shout

They play you music which has you pulling your hair out.

Talking Computers!!

  3. I sure know what that feels like. Sometimes after listening to fifteen or more choices with three parts each, you can finally choose to talk to a live operator only to find the office is closed for the day! lomaw
